    The easiest and most secure option is to book your appointment online through our website. This allows you to select your preferred stylist, service, and time slot at your convenience.

    Phone Booking
    If you prefer to book over the phone, please note that we will require your credit or debit card information to save on file. This step ensures a seamless booking process and adheres to our policies. However, for your security and convenience, we recommend completing this process through our online booking platform whenever possible.

  • New Clients We prioritize delivering personalized, high-quality services tailored to each guest’s unique needs. For this reason, we require all new guests seeking a color service to first book a color consultation. This step is essential for our stylists to fully understand your hair goals, hair history, and budget, ensuring transparent pricing and realistic expectations. During the consultation, we may also conduct a strand test to determine whether your desired look is achievable and assess your hair’s ability to undergo the process safely. This helps us avoid potential damage and ensures the best possible results.

    Existing Clients For our existing clients, maintenance appointments with your current stylist can be booked directly by calling the salon. However, if you wish to switch stylists or make significant changes to your hair goals, a new consultation may be required to ensure alignment on your vision and the feasibility of the desired results.

  • We require deposits exclusively for color appointments to ensure a seamless booking process and allow our team to provide the best possible service. These deposits are non-refundable and are a commitment to both your appointment and our stylists' time.

    Should you need to reschedule your color appointment, we kindly ask for at least 72 hours' notice. This allows your deposit to be transferred to your new appointment date. Rescheduling requests made with less than 72 hours' notice may result in the forfeiture of your deposit, as we are unable to accommodate such changes on short notice.

  • At our salon, we prioritize the time and needs of both our clients and our team. To maintain efficiency and ensure availability for everyone, we have established the following cancellation policy:

    • For most services: We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

    • For color services: Due to the preparation and time involved, we ask for 72 hours' notice in order to reschedule and secure deposit.

    Failure to provide notice within these timeframes will result in a cancellation fee:

    • For non-color services: A fee of $25–$100 will be charged, depending on the service booked.

    • For color services: A cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service cost will apply.

    This policy allows us to offer the best possible experience for our valued clients while respecting the time and effort of our stylists. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
