Booking an appointment? Unravel the Crecer experience, get help preparing for any appointment and be sure to read Haircut Prep down below.

  • You will be greeted upon arrival by a staff member. Check in at the front desk/botanical bar. Our front desk will check you in and notify your stylist that you’ve arrived. You will be asked to scan a QR code at the bar to be directed to our online, eco-friendly, complimentary drink menu. Order your refreshment at the bar!

    Tip: Botanical cocktails are a must try!

  • —When seated, prepare for a thorough consultation to better understand your hair goals. Have any inspiration pictures ready to show your stylist. This will ensure there is no confusion during the communication process.

    —Every haircut service comes with a hair wash + scalp massage and style. Hair wash includes a cocktailed plant-enriched shampoo and conditioner combo or treatment.

    —Hair styling technique varies on service booked, your stylist’s professional opinion and your overall hair goals. YourT stylist will educate you on the process and make product suggestions based on your hair type and styling needs. This will help you mimic at home, what we went over during your salon visit.

  • —Before heading to the register, you will be asked if you have any questions on products, styling tips, or whatever questions you may have.

    —You will close out at the register and make any product purchases here.

    —You will be asked if you want to lock-in a maintenance appointment at a future date.

Haircut Prep:

Curly Corte (Curly Cut)

  • Wash morning of your appointment.

  • Cleanse (shampoo) and detangle (condition/comb) your hair.

  • Hair must be down in its natural state and not tied back in any style or updo that may stretch the curl.

  • No hair product.

  • Hair must be completely dry upon arrival.

La Naturaleza (Natural/Lived-in Cut)

  • Wash morning of your appointment.

  • Hair must be down in its natural state and not tied back in any style or updo that may stretch the hair pattern.

  • No product.

  • Hair must be completely dry upon arrival.

Pintura (Color Service)

  • Wash at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

  • No hair product.

  • Hair must be completely dry upon arrival.

Corte De Pelo (Short Haircut), Pelo Largo (Long Haircut), The Frida (Pixie Haircut, and The Artista (Alternative Cut)

  • Can be washed a maximum of 72 hours prior to your appointment.

  • Minimal product. Examples include: Leave-in conditioner, hair serum, flexible hair spray.

  • Hair must be down and not tied back in any style or updo that creates visible creasing.

  • Hair can be in its natural state or previously styled with blowout or smoother styles.
